Actress best known for her role as Betty Suarez on ABC's Ugly Betty from 2006 to 2010. She also provided the voice of Astrid the Viking in the DreamWorks animated film How to Train Your Dragon.
Her first acting role was in Romeo & Juliet in third grade as the apothecary.
She starred in the film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.
She married Ryan Piers Williams in June of 2011. She and Ryan are currently expecting their first child.
She starred opposite Forest Whitaker in the 2010 comedy Our Family Wedding.
