Russian power forward who has garnered fame for his career with CSKA Moscow of the Russian VTB United League. He won the Russian Cup with the team in 2007 and 2010, and won his 11th straight Russian League championship with them in 2017.
He made his professional basketball debut during the 2005-2006 season. He made his debut with Lokomotiv Novosibirsk.
He won the EuroLeague with CSKA Moscow in 2008 and 2016. He was named the Best Russian Young Player in 2007. He was named VTB's defensive player of the year in 2015.
