Khan made her Bollywood debut in 2013 with Huff! It's Too Much with a lead role in the film. She was also seen playing the role of a ghazal singer in Unforgettable, a Bollywood film which was released in 2014.
She then did "Stranger Within Me" which was screened at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.
Khan made her film debut in Pakistan with 2015 Pakistani film Bin Roye as the lead cast alongside Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed, which will later be turned into a drama serial. This is a production by Humsafar fame Momina Duraid based on the novel Bin Roye Aansu by Farhat Ishtiaq. Her other big screen projects include Yalghaar, a film by Waar fame Hassan Waqas Rana which is being termed as the most expensive movie in the history of Pakistani cinema, and Janaan, a romantic comedy which is directed by Azfar Jafri and Co produced by Hareem Farooq, Reham Khan & Imran Raza Kazmi.
In November 2016, she signed for Rasm E Duniya.
In 2017, Khan starred in drama serial Daldal where she played the role of a middle-class girl.
In 2018, Khan played the leading role in film Sherdil.
