Competitive Swimmer who has represented Great Britain at both the FINA World Aquatics Championships and the European Aquatics Championships. His specialty is sprint freestyle and butterfly races.
He began to train as a Swimmer at the Alice Smith School in Malaysia.
He won a silver medal in the 50 m butterfly race at the European Junior Championships.
He is the son of Nick and Sally Proud.
Both he and Adam Peaty competed in the European Aquatics Championships.
