YouTube fitness instructor who is known for her ChelseaLifts channel. She has gained renown for her Diet Diaries series, where she chronicles her eating and fitness habits, as well as personal fitness vlog entries.
She obtained her degree in physical activity, with a minor in nutrition, from Marywood University. She began her YouTube channel on January 15, 2012.
She has earned more than 130,000 subscribers to her ChelseaLifts YouTube channel since its creation. She has also come to own her own fitness apparel line called Raise The Bar apparel.
She was born and raised in Pennsylvania.
On February 27, 2016, she posted a collaboration video with fellow YouTuber Brian Turner called "Fitness YouTubers vs. 20,000 Calorie Donut Challenge."
