Chen Jiancheng was born in Shangyu, China, China. Chen controls Wolong Real Estate, a property developer, and Wolong Electric, a supplier of motors, power transmission equipment and batteries.
Wolong Electric acquired the parent of ATB Group of Austria in 2011; it's one of the largest suppliers of industrial electric drive systems in Europe.
