TV chef, food Writer, and Entrepreneur who is known for her eponymous brand as a culinary Artist. She is particularly known for her range of best-selling cookbooks and appearances on various cooking TV shows.
She studied at the University of London's Queen Mary and Westfield College and at the Bocconi Business School in Milan, Italy. She eventually graduated with a first class degree in economics.
In 2013, she was nominated for the Daytime Emmy Award for Best Culinary TV Host for her work on her show, Easy Chinese: New York & L.A. She has appeared across the BBC on various cooking channels on multiple occasions.
She was born in Taiwan, and raised in South Africa and London. Her parents are of Chinese descent.
