Swimmer who won two medals at the 2012 Olympics: silver in the 100 meter breaststroke, and bronze in the 4x100 meter medley.
He made his Olympic debut in 2008, and won a silver medal in the 4x100 meter medley.
He has set the 200 meter breaststroke world record in both short course and long course.
His cousin, Nicholas Sprenger, was teammates with him on the 2008 Australian swim team.
At the 2012 Olympics, he was teammates on the medley team with James Magnussen.
