The casting director he met that day helped him get to Hollywood, where he began his career in entertainment. He left the industry in 1999 at the height of his success to serve a 2 year Latter-Day-Saint mission to Australia. Upon returning, he continued his work in Hollywood, where he met his wife McKenzie and was married in 2005. Now the father of three, Corbin lives with his wife and children in Oregon where he is attending graduate school. He continues to take roles when time allows.

In addition to Saints and Soldiers and Teen Angel, Allred played the lead role in Josh Kirby... Time Warrior! and is known for his role in Robin Hood: Men in Tights. He appeared in the 1999 films Diamonds alongside Dan Aykroyd and Kirk Douglas and Anywhere but Here with Natalie Portman and Susan Sarandon.
