She was a nationally ranked figure skater in the 1980s, competing in United States Nationals twice and finishing third in the World University Games. She skated in some professional shows as well.
Her first credited appearance as an Actress was as a cast member of the short-lived television series Living Dolls in September 1989. She later appeared in episodes of Dallas and in guest roles on Picket Fences and the also-short-lived series If Not for You.
