Scottish wresting legend who was a mainstay on the independent wrestling circuit in the U.K. starting in the 80's. He was a ASW British Heavyweight Champion and a FWA Tag Team Champion with Ulf Herman.
His first professional match came against Wild Angus in 1980. He moved to England to join Joint Promotions in 1984.
He passed away from cancer in February 2015 at age 59. To honor him, Wrestler Paige wrote the words "RIP Drew McDonald" on her arms during an episode of Monday Night Raw.
His birth name was Charles Shaw. He is survived by his wife Monica.
He teamed up with Shirley Crabtree, a.k.a. Big Daddy, to defeat Giant Haystacks and Fin Finlay in 1984.
