Celebrity chef and pâtissier who starred in his own shows called Glamour Puds and Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard. He created his own company called Laboratoire 2000 which would be replaced by his shop Cake Boy in 2005.
He trained as a pastry chef at a patisserie called Le Grande and was an apprentice chocolatier at Arens-Scheer. He was a chef for the French Navy and a head pastry chef for brothers Albert and Michel Roux in the UK before setting up his first Business.
He has baked for the Celebrity weddings of Madonna and Guy Ritchie, as well as Elizabeth Hurley and Claudia Schiffer. He also baked the cake for Brooklyn Beckham's 1st birthday and the 101st birthday of Queen Mother.
He moved in with his partner Paul Newrick.
He was greatly influenced by Pierre Hermé while learning the craft of a pastry chef.
