Canadian endurance athlete famous for his ultramarathon running abilities. He has attempted the infamous Barkley Marathons course multiple times. In the year 2016, he said he hallucinated from sleep deprivation during a failed attempt. In January of 2022, he removed himself from the start list, saying he wanted to spend more time with his son.
He played hockey growing up. He attended Memorial University in Newfoundland for a semester before moving to western Canada and working at the Banff Springs Hotel.
