Famous for her role as Mili on the Brazilian soap opera Chiquititas, Grigio is also notable for her television hosting work on the programs Band Kids and Best of Brazil.
She began appearing in advertising campaigns when she was less than a year old.
She won Best of NaTelinha Year Awards in both 2013 and 2014.
She grew up in Maua, Sao Paulo, Brazil, as the child of Janaina Grigio and Alex Andre Marcelo dos Santos. She began a relationship with singer Johnny Baroli.
She and Luisana Lopilato were both in the cast of Chiquititas.
