Golnesa Gharachedaghi, also known as "GG", is probably best known for being one of the cast member of the Bravo reality series, Shahs of Sunset. Shahs of Sunset debuted in March of 2012, and follows the lives of several wealthy Iranian-Americans. Golnesa Gharachedaghi grew up in a very wealthy family. On the second season of the show, Golnesa and her sister Leila Gharache launched a line of hair extensions called "GG Extensions". GG is known for having a fiery temper and a tendency to speak her mind, unvarnished, which is making her husband search a little difficult. As a wild-child, Golnesa was booted from several schools growing up. She eventually attended Loyola Marymount University for college. Her father, Mahmoud Gharachedaghi, is a very successful architect who is one of the principal executives at a firm called GA Architects and Planning. In 2012 she announced her engagement to Omid Kalantari who has also been featured on the reality show. GG is one of only five cast members to star in each of Shas of Sunset's first six seasons, with the sixth season beginning in 2017.
