Nigerian Politician who served as Kano State Governor from 1984-1985. He later served as Nigerian Minister of Federal Capital Territory.
During the 1960s and '70s, he trained as an Air Force officer in Nigeria, Germany, and England.
He held office as Nigerian Minister of Works and Housing from 1985-1986.
He grew up in the northern Nigerian town of Hadejia.
