Notable as both an Actress and a pop singer, Fukuhara starred in the Japanese television series Cooking Idol Ai! Mai! Main! and released the Oricon Top 25 singles "Nameko no Uta" and "Kitchen wa Mai Suteji."
She began her childhood acting career when she was in the first grade. Her early credits include roles in episodes of TBS's Koi no Jikan and Fuji TV's Tsubasa no Oreta Tenshitachi.
A fashion model as well as a singer and Actress, she won Pichi Lemon magazine's 2012 modeling contest.
She was born and raised in Japan's Saitama Prefecture.
She and Yui Horie are both in the cast of the 2014 Japanese feature Ressha Sentai ToQger the Movie: Galaxy Line S.O.S.
