Iranian striker and soccer coach best known for playing for the Iranian national team between the years of 1974 and 1980. He's played with teams like Al Ahli and Esteghlal. He played with the Iran national team and won the 1974 Asian Games and 1976 Asian Cup.
He was 13 when he started playing with the Taj youth team. He started his professional career in the year 1971 with the domestic soccer team Taj.
He created the first academic football school in the Middle East, which is called the Hassan Rowshan Football School. He was part of the Iran national team when they played the quarterfinals of the Summer Olympics in 1976 and the World Cup in 1978.
He's from Tehran, Iran. His nephew Mehran Rowshan is also a soccer coach.
