She trained at Rose Bruford College in Sidcup and graduated in 2010 with BA (Hons) Acting.

It was announced in May 2017 that Hayley would be joining the cast of 'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof' at The Apollo Theatre - the play will run from July–October 2017. Other cast members include Sienna Miller, Jack O'Connell and Colm Meaney. Directed by Benedict Andrews.
