Volleyball player nicknamed "Soto-Man" who has earned medals for Puerto Rico at tournaments like the NORCECA Championship Volleyball Championship and Pan-American Volleyball Cup. In 2002, he won Belgium League and Belgian Cup titles with partner Noliko Maaseik.
