Triathlete and Blogger who is known for his variety of interviews with different athletes and his training regimens. He is also the co-founder and CEO of the health food and nutrition company Picky Bars.
He began his experience in endurance athletics as an Oregon State Track and Cross Country athlete. Eventually, he competed for Stanford University's powerhouse Track & Field and Cross Country teams. At Stanford, he was an NCAA All-American and School Record Holder in the 3000m Steeplechase. He would go on to win the Wildflower Triathlon.
In addition to his work in athletics, he also received both a Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University. He is also the founder of the tech company Ardica Technologies.
He married fellow long distance Runner Lauren Fleshman who is also the co-owner of Picky Bars.
As a graduate and Track and Field competitor for Stanford University, he can be seen in relation to other alumni including Ryan Hall and Bob Mathias.
