Professional chef who is known for specializing in unique baked goods. She was featured on season 3 of the reality series Bake Off Brazil and runs her own catering Service called Joh, com Amor. She shares photos of her baking along with recipe tricks and tips with her over 80,000 Instagram followers.
She wrote and published her first book of recipes when she was 7 years old. She went on to major in advertising and gastronomy and later specialized in French Confectionery.
In addition to a wide range of recipes and other instructions, she offers video classes on her website to help others wishing to learn to bake from home. She was also featured on season 2 of the television series Que Se Doce on the GNT network.
She was born and raised in Brazil and is also the mother of Panqueco who also aspires to be a chef.
