Born Jonathan Seward, he is a heavy metal Bassist who joined Avenged Sevenfold, the band known for singles like "Bat Country," in 2003.
He met his Future bandmates while attending Marina High School.
He became more involved as a background singer for Avenged Sevenfold on the band's 2010 album Nightmare.
He has a sister named Alexandria. He married Lacey Franklin on September 14th 2012. They welcomed their first child, a son named Franklin James, in February 2017.
He has performed with Synster Gates in Avenged Sevenfold for more than a decade.
