Halfback and five-eighth who became captain of the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League in 2015. He became the first four time Dally M Medallist the same year.
He started playing with the South Queensland Crushers on scholarship at age 12.
He won the Rugby League World Golden Boot Award in 2011, 2013, and 2015.
He married Samantha Lynch. Their children are named Frankie and Charlie.
He and Greg Inglis have both captained the Indigenous All Stars.
