Became the Director of Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in 1991 after previously serving as a Cheerleader for six seasons, from 1984 to 1989. She produced Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team, a reality show on CMT.
She attended Texas Christian University and studied Modern Dance. She later attended the University of North Texas and received a degree in international marketing.
She appeared in the 2000 romantic comedy Dr. T & the Women.
She married Joel Finglass in 1996. They have a son and daughter, Ryan and Samantha.
Sarah Shahi was also a Cowboys Cheerleader.
