She also performed in the national tour of Jekyll & Hyde. She won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical in 2015 for her role as Anna in The King And I.
She attended Oklahoma City University, where she studied vocal performance.

She married Greg Naughton, the son of actor James Naughton. The couple has two children, Owen and Charlotte.
