Japanese voice actor and singer who is widely known for being the founder of the INTENTION voice acting company. He has lent his voice to TV, movie, and music projects, including the pop group Nazo no Shin Unit Starmen.
He debuted as a TV animation voice actor in 1994. He appeared as Morley in Macross 7.
He won the best supporting actor Seiyu Award in 2016. He also won that year's radio personality of the year award.
In 2011, he married voice Actress Maaya Sakamoto.
He has been friends with fellow Japanese voice actor Soichiro Hoshi.
