Most notable for her recurring role as Lisa Larkin on the Canadian television series Less Than Kind, Harris also appeared in the films Passionflower (as Beatrice Matthews) and We Were Children (as Lebret Nun), as well as in episodes of Flashpoint, Men with Brooms, and The Pinkertons.
Early in her career, she acted in a made-for-TV movie titled Vinegar Hill.
She attended the performing arts program at the University of Toronto.
She spent her youth in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
She played a small role in the Devon Sawa feature The Exorcism of Molly Hartley.
