Before becoming a makeup Artist and online Celebrity, she trained as a beautician.
She was featured in two BBC documentaries: Inside Out (2008) and Natalie Cassidy's Real Britain (2009). Also in 2009, she launched a personal cosmetics line through the Sephora beauty retailer.
A native of South Shields, England, she has a two years-younger sister named Helen and twin, much-younger sisters named Mikayla and Rachel. In the late 1990s, she and her boyfriend welcomed a son named Jordan.
