Indian-American business executive who was CCO of PepsiCo, and CEO of Reckitt. He joined Starbucks under the title "interim CEO" in October 2022. In April 2023, he officially became Starbucks' CEO, succeeding Howard Schultz.
He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the COEP Technological University, an MA in German and International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
