Fitness expert and author as well as YouTube trainer who publishes health, nutrition and fitness videos to her self-titled channel. Some of her published books include HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training, The Women's Fitness Book, Walk Slim and The No-Gym Workout.
She joined the British Army when she was 19 years old following in the footsteps of her fiance at the time, Mike Lee, her childhood sweetheart. She was discharged in 1994 and found work as a trainer in a women's gym.
