Paralympic Cyclist who won a gold medal at his first Paralympics, in 2012, in the individual pursuit race.
He broke his back in 2009, but continued playing Sports with great skill and passion.
In addition to his gold in the individual pursuit, he also won a silver medal in the 1 km time trial at the 2012 Paralympics.
He was born in Tredegar, Monmouthshire, Wales.
