Famous for his appearances on Thai television programs such as Game Rai Game Rak and Roy Ruk Hak Liam Tawan, he won Seventeen Teen Choice Awards and Seesan Buntherng Awards in both 2010 and 2011.
He launched his entertainment career in his mid teens, appearing in commercials for Samsung, Lays, Mazda, and Trident.
While rising to television fame, he studied communications at Rangsit University.
Born in Khonkaen, Thailand, he was raised by adoptive parents named Yoshio and Sudarat Kugimiya. Throughout his childhood, he went by the nickname of "Barry."
He appeared with Kimberly Ann Voltemas in the Thai Channel 3 series Rang Pratana.
