Born in 1974 in Youngstown, Ohio, Omarosa Manigault graduated from Central State University with a broadcast journalism degree in 1996 and pursued a communications master's and Ph.D. at Howard University in Washington, D.C. The reality TV star worked for Vice President Al Gore, though has been accused of lying about her title in several media interviews. "People" magazine reports she was squeezed out of her position in Gore's office because of "disruptive behavior". Omarosa rose to notoriety when she appeared on the inaugural season of Donald Trump's NBC series "The Apprentice".
