Rock climber specializing in off-width crack climbing who has become renowned for her ascents of routes like Gabriel, Goliath and The Soul Assassin. In more than 50 instances, she was the first female climber ever to ascend a particular route.
She competed in gymnastics as a child but was forced to quit after suffering a spinal stress fracture. She was an ice climber until 2006.
She received Climbing Magazine's Golden Piton Award for ascending Gabriel in Zion National Park in 2009.
Her father is poet Robert Pack.
She and Dave Graham have both written for Climbing Magazine.
