Director and Artist best known as a co-director for the critically acclaimed Pixar film Inside Out. He has also been a storyboard Artist for popular films and shows like Up, Ratatouille, and Batman: The Animated Series.
He got his start as a set Painter for Francis Ford Coppola's 1979 film Apocalypse Now. He went on to earn a bachelors in advertising from the University of Santo Tomas.
He has illustrated several comic books including his original series Paper Biscuit and the Eisner award-winning Batman Adventures: Holiday Special.
His brothers Louis and Rick work in animation. He and his wife had two children.
He worked alongside Pete Docter in the direction of the 2015 Pixar film Inside Out.
