Rapper who first rose to fame as a member of the South Korean girl group T-ara, she later embarked on a solo career in 2013. She has since begun an acting career, appearing in shows and films like Love Forecast.
Her twin sister, Hyo-young, was originally slated to join T-ara. However, her sister recommended her and she debuted with the group in 2010.
She has had acting roles in numerous shows including Ex-Girlfriend Club, Please Come Back, Mister, and Age of Youth.
Her twin sister, Ryu Hyo-young, is also a Rapper and was a member of the group Coed School.
She was a founding member of the K-pop group T-ara alongside Ham Eun-jung.
