Saint entered the adult film industry in 2011. In a 2012 video interview for her modeling and talent agency, Adult Talent Managers, she stated that she got into the adult entertainment industry out of curiosity about it and a Desire to explore her sexual interests. In September 2012, she signed an exclusive performing contract with Wicked Pictures due to their condom-only policy. That same year, she performed her first interracial and anal scenes for the film Samantha Saint Is Completely Wicked, which was released in 2013. In the sequel of 2014 Samantha Saint Is Completely Wicked 2 she was starring in her first gang bang with Prince Yahshua, Jon Jon and Moe Johnson. Saint has also appeared in productions for Adam & Eve, Brazzers, Girlfriends Films, Hustler Video, and Twistys.
Saint is the Penthouse Pet of the Month for October 2012. She has also appeared in Club (including the January 2012 cover), Club International (the May 2011 cover), and Hustler magazine.
In 2013, Saint was involved in the resignation scandal of former Disney executive Richard Nanula from Miramax. She was booked by Adult Talent Managemers, owned at the time by Shy Love, to do scenes with Nanula that was to be a content shoot for Trinity St. Clair's website. Video stills from the scenes were eventually posted on thedirty.com later after they were posted on St. Clair's site in July. Nanula resigned from Miramax and parent investment firm, Colony Capital two weeks after.
Saint and Chanel Preston co-hosted the 31st annual AVN Awards show on January 18, 2014.
