Schatar Sapphira Collier is the host of "Poultry Princess" the TV series.

She is the co-founder of New Vista Studios, an independent technology and digital entertainment company which develops, produces, and publishes films, documentaries, websites, video programs, interactive e-learning content, podcasts, e-books, and audio-books. She made her directorial debut on the musical short film, Amulet of Love.

Schatar is a published author, a graduate of University Of Pennsylvania and completed graduate studies at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. Born in Boston, Mass, Schatar is a classically trained actress, singer, and dancer.

This actress and producer is most known for her portrayal of the character "Hottie" on the #1 MTV Networks Series "Flavor Of Love" and "Charm School". In addition to producing and acting, she is also a professional narrator audio books, animation voice-overs and interactive content

She received her professional start singing in church and has gone on to appear in multiple musical theatrical productions around the country including Debbie Allen's "Soul Possessed", a Children's Opera, and a six month national tour with the John F. Kennedy Center, regional productions of "Ain't Misbehavin'" at the Cumberland County Playhouse and Theater Tuscaloosa, Nomathemba at Boston's Shubert Theatre starring Ladysmith Black Mambazo, and on many other famed stages including BB Kings, The Apollo, and Sweetwaters in NY, the Blue note in Las Vegas, and the Convention Center in Los Angeles.

Schatar is an American Legion Distinguished Scholar and is a recipient of the Peabody Voice Achievement Award. She is a popular speaker and guest lecturer at colleges, universities, and media events including UCLA, UNLV, , Rio Hondo College, and the LA Convention Center.

Schatar hosted the BMA Music Awards, presented at the FOX Reality Awards and has judged the regional Emmy Awards.
