She starting using Instagram in December of 2014 and launched her YouTube channel in April of 2015.
She had registered for an older YouTube channel with the name EMMIE1232 in 2012, but never posted content to it. She later called it Emmie Alice.
She featured her sister in a "Sister Tag" video.
She had the opportunity to meet Jessie Paege, a YouTuber whose videos were a big part of her life.
