Former volleyball player at Virginia Tech University who married ex-NBA player Dell Curry in 1988. Their children are NBA superstar and MVP Stephen Curry, former Duke guard Seth Curry, and volleyball player Sydel Curry.
She was a standout basketball and volleyball player in high school, winning state championships while at Radford High.
She is of African American Creole and Haitian ethnicity.
She and Dell Curry met at Virginia Tech University. They moved to Charlotte, North Carolina after they married.
