She was born Rosanna Torres and her parents are immigrants from Italy. She was married to James Farentino from August 3, 1994, until his death on January 24, 2012. She filed for divorce in 1998 due to "irreconcilable differences," but later withdrew her petition. Farentino later filed for divorce in January 2001 also due to "irreconcilable differences" but it was likewise withdrawn.
Her most mainstream role was on television's, Everybody Loves Raymond, as, "Anna Barone," the representative of another Barone family, who is thought to be the long lost aunt from Italy, by the American Barones. The episode was titled, "Mia Famiglia," in 1998.
Her biggest role was in 2001's direct-to-video crime movie, "Hard As Nails," as, "Margo," a prostitute whom a detective gets in his car for a talk.
