Softball shortstop who set numerous records during her time with the Northwestern University Wildcats. She was later named Rookie of the Year in the National Pro Fastpitch league and led the Chicago Bandits to their first title.
She was born in Roscoe, Missouri and attended Osceola High School.
She was a phenom at Northwestern, becoming a four-time All-American and setting a school record with a 24-game hitting streak.
Her parents are Albert and Neva Mallicoat.
She and Jennie Finch have both been stars with the Chicago Bandits professional softball team.
