Former NFL special teams player that played for the Miami Dolphins and the San Francisco 49ers during his career. Following a successful 1981 season, he was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team. While playing with the 49ers during the 1984 NFL season, he won Super Bowl XIX.
He is a graduate of Harding High School in Marion, Ohio. Shortly after graduating, he then enrolled in Ohio State University, where he would eventually be named an All-American.
