Artist and filmmaker best known as the creator of the hit YouTube web series Marble Hornets roughly based on the Slenderman urban legends. The horror web series earned more than 470,000 subscribers since it began in June of 2009.
Before the premiere of Marble Hornets, he created his Twitter and posted the tweet "caved in. Now I'm a tweetist I guess."
He has a second YouTube channel called THAC TV, short for Troy Has a Camera TV. There he's posted vlogs, events, and other short films.
Though originally from Mandeville, Louisiana, he later lived in Cumming, Georgia.
Both he and Paige McKenzie rose to fame for the creation of their original horror web series.
