Tzachy Halevy was born in Petah Tikva, Israel. As a child he lived in many countries due to his father's work at the Prime Minister's Office. During his 3-year mandatory Service in the Israeli Defense Forces, he joined Samson Unit and later served as an officer in Duvdevan Unit. Halevy moved to Tel Aviv in the late 1990s. He has been a member of the Mayumana troupe since 1999.
