He was born Tiwan Raybon and first started delving into Chicago's hip-hop scene by attending parties at a roller rink which showcased the local talent.
His album Cinco de Money was listed in Rolling Stone's 40 Best Albums of 2015.
He is originally from Harvey, Illinois.
