Educator and Writer who has been nationally recognized for her style of teaching which empowers Baltimore's urban youth though cultural pride and awareness. In early 2016, she was featured in an article published by The Fader.
She attended a pre-college school in Baltimore and would go on to earn a Ph.D.
She would use text, poetry, and songs as teaching tools for her 7th and 8th grade students.
She is originally from New York.
