Star offensive lineman known as "Nasty," who played in the NFL from 1993 to 2005 for the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs.
He played college football at Louisiana Tech, where he was a first-team All-American.
During his illustrious career he made 11 Pro Bowls, and was a six-time All-Pro first team and three-time All-Pro second team selection.
On December 10, 2013, he married Angela Hernandez Roaf.
He was part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2012, along with Curtis Martin.
