First host of a Black Entertainment Television (BET) music video program called 106 & Park. He later worked as a New York correspondent for Entertainment Television's syndicated Celebrity news program, Extra.
He grew up in New Jersey, where he attended Saint Benedict's Prep School in Newark.
He co-hosted 106 & Park with DJ and music Producer Marie Antoinette Wright (also known as "Free").
He announced his engagement to Dionne Walker in March, 2013. He was previously married to Dr. Lao Sealey.
He and renowned basketball coach P.J. Carlesimo both graduated from Saint Benedict's Prep School.
